Taroko Arch Gate
The gate that marks the entrance of the national park, welcoming the visitors from all over the world.
Relaxing trail with grotesque rock formation and beautiful patterns on the cliff. The river by the trail remains crystal clear and turquoise throughout the year.
Swallow Grotto (Taroko Gorge)
The most well known attraction in the park. The combination forces of earthquake and river erosion take turns to form this amazing gorge.
A perfect location to observe amazing white marble beside Liwu river.
50 mins trail with gradual and easy slope. The middle part of the trail allows you to walk on the edge of a cliff. It’s railing protected to make this trail suitable for all ages.
Eternal Spring Shrine
Memorizing the loss of the heroes behind the establishment of Taroko National Park. An iconic spot full of history.
Must visit spot with breathtaking cliff beside the Pacific Ocean.
Customizable attractions ( private tour )
15 minutes hiking to a traditional Chinese towel with a bell that could make a huge sound. The view from here is just amazing.
Water Curtain Cave (currently closed)
It’s located at the end of Biyang Trail. A 100 meters tunnel what allows visitors to walk in. There will be water squirting out from the cracks the roof and rocks. The point to come here is to get wet. It’s incredibly refreshing to visit here during the summer in Taiwan.
Wenshan Hot Spring
It is considered one of the best spots for the locals to enjoy the nature. It’s located at the bottom of the gorge with a refreshing river beside it, making Wenshan Hot Spring a perfect place to have a nature sauna.
