MeetMyGuide is a digital intermediary connecting individual travelers, hosts, travel agencies, and experience providers. It does not operate as a travel agency or tour operator.

The role of MeetMyGuide is limited to hosting third-party listings and facilitating interactions related to bookings. MeetMyGuide does not intervene in the execution of contracts between users.

MeetMyGuide is committed to respecting Moroccan regulations regarding the protection of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 09-08, and to carry out the necessary procedures with the National Control Commission for the Protection of Personal Data (CNDP).

All components of the MeetMyGuide platform, including trademarks, domain names, logos, designs, and content, are protected by Moroccan law and remain the exclusive property of MeetMyGuide or its partners.

Any use, reproduction, or extraction, total or partial, without prior written authorization constitutes an infringement and may be subject to prosecution.

MeetMyGuide's liability is strictly limited to its role as a platform provider, in accordance with Moroccan e-commerce regulations.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This legal mention is governed by Moroccan law.

In the event of a dispute, and after the failure of any amicable resolution, Moroccan courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, even in the case of multiple defendants or summary proceedings.
