2. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the guide. Payment must be made in accordance with the specified payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the booked price.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the experience date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full price.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process. You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner during all experiences and interactions with guides.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or participation in any experience.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to duplicate, change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website.
